Bodypump is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast!

 

BodyCombat is a fiercely energetic program that is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as Karate, boxing, Taekwondo, Tai Chi and Muay Thai. Supported by driving music and powerful role model instructors strike, punch, kick and kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness.

 

Freestyle Classes

 

AEROMIX

A medium to high intensity class with choreography combining Hi/Lo & Step. Athletic moves and danced influenced choreography provide you with a fast, fun and challenging class. It may take some time to master the moves and routines taught. Intermediate to advanced level.

 

BOXFIT

A high intensity boxing circuit class that won’t make you a World Champion but you’ll feel like one. Great for tone and overall conditioning. Members must bring their own boxing gloves liners for hygiene purposes. An excellent workout for all fitness levels.

 

CROSS TRAINING

Freestyle aerobics class designed to strengthen and tone the body and improve the cardiovascular system. Suitable for all levels.

 

DYNAMIC VINYASA FLOW YOGA

This class challenges core strength whilst maintaining fluid flow of body and breath.

 

EGLIDE

A fast paced, half hour session on specially designed elliptical cross-trainers. Fantastic Cardio and strength conditioning workout, usually followed directly by another half-hour class which complements the session.

 

FITBALL

A unique and effective exercise class using giant fitballs plus weights to sculpt and tone every muscle.

 

MVE PILATES

Pilates chair program. Build strength, flexibility and endurance with this innovative workout. Pilates, cardio and strength elements are combined to create a total body experience.

 

PILATES

A popular body conditioning system centering on your core anatomy.  Body alignment, breathing and strengthening abdominal muscles are essential to this technique.  Your Pilate workout will assist and benefit you not only in other classes but life itself!  Class is suitable for beginners and intermediate level participants.

 

SPIN

A 45 or 60 minute indoor cycling class, suitable for all fitness levels.  This is s non-weight bearing class with interval style workouts, with an option for controlling your own individual workload.  Sits all levels.

 

SPIN/TABATA

1 hour class 35 minutes spin followed by 20 mins Tabata Interval strength Training

 

STEP ATHLETIC & MOVES

An intense workout using an adjustable step platform. Patterns of choreography are taught to ensure a strong and challenging workout. Step Athletic is suitable for all levels. Step Moves is for advanced
participants only.

 

TRX

Functional strength training class using a TRX suspension training system.

 

YOGA

A combination of athletic Yoga and mind/spirit relaxation.

 

SKIP 'N' SCULPT

The ultimate class combining intervals of intense, high calorie burning cardio with strength training. You will skip, run, jump. Push and pull your way to a fitter and stronger body. This class promotes increased muscle strength, agility, co-ordination, reflexes and core balance. Options are offered to cater for all fitness levels and abilities.

 

SOMACHI YOGA

A strong modern athletic Vinyasa style Yoga (breath synchronized movement) that incorporates traditional Hatha Yoga with influences from martial arts and Tai Chi.  Yoga will build strength and flexibility to the body, as well as calm and clarity of the mind.  Perfect for all levels of fitness.

 

WASHBOARD ABS

30 minutes of abdominal and back strengthening exercises for total core strength.

 

 

Loaded with red-hot dance steps, pulsating Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow routines, this invigourating dance-fitness "party" will have you movin', groovin' and shakin' the weight off to the sexy, exotic rhythms of salsa, cumbia, samba, merengue and more!

 

Work your body from head to toe with the Zumba fitness program's exhilarating workouts. You'll learn all the basics and hit your favourite targets, like your core, thighs and abs. You also get maraca-like Toning Sticks to add some muscle to your body sculpting routines. Now's the time!
